  4. Marketing your home

    In addition to listing your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), our team will use a variety of marketing techniques to promote your home to potential buyers, such as online advertising, open houses, and printed materials.

  5. Receiving and negotiating offers

    As offers come in, we will present them to you and help you negotiate the best possible deal with the buyer.

  6. Closing the sale

    Once you've accepted an offer, we will need to work with the buyer and their agent to complete any necessary inspections, repairs, and paperwork. Once all the conditions have been met, you'll sign the final paperwork and transfer ownership of the home to the buyer.
